My mother sang:

Jesus loves the little children...

All the children of the world.

Red and Yellow...

Black and White...

They are precious in his sight.

Jesus loves the little children of the world.

That sounds a great deal like lyrics to the song that Ray Stevens sang... is it?

Hope all is well your way!

Hi Kurt, hope that you are well.
Yes, I know these lyrics, LOL, but we sing them a bit different:

Jesus love the little children,
All little children of the World.
Red, Yellow, Black and white,
Their all precious in his sight.
Jesus loves the little children of the World.

We used to sing it while skipping and it was always one of my favourites, as well as "Wee Melodian Man"!

My mother sang the same thing to me. Along with all the old hymns. Many churches have left the hymns for all those contemporary praise choruses. No comparison. Give me the hymns any day.

Your blog has a new, fresh look. I like it. What did you change?
