PLEASE PLAY THIS SONG AS YOU PRAY FOR MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS WHO ARE STILL IN HARMS WAY

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER, I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS PART OF THE HUMAN CONDITION TO MAKE WAR ON OUR FELLOW MAN.
I WISH IT WERE NOT SO.
BUT SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THIS GREAT NATION, WE HAVE STOOD AGAINST ALL FORMS OF TYRANNY. SO MANY HAVE GIVEN FREELY AND WILLINGLY OF LIFE AND LIMB, SO THAT OTHERS MAY REAP THE BENEFITS OF LIBERTY IN ALL CORNERS OF THIS WORLD.
LORD, I ASK FOR WISDOM ONE THOSE WHO ARE IN POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP, SO THAT WE DO NOT SEND OUR FORCES IN TO HARMS WAY NEEDLESSLY.  AND ONCE THE DECISION TO WAGE WAR HAS BEEN MADE, LET THERE BE ENOUGH STRONG DETERMINATION TO SEND ENOUGH FORCE TO GET THE JOB DONE EFFECTIVELY AND AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE.

AND FOR WISDOM ON THOSE IN LEADERSHIP ON THE FIELD OF BATTLE, SO THAT THE CARNAGE OF WAR BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM, ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CONFLICT.

AND FATHER, I THANK YOU FOR THE BRAVE MEN WHO STEP INTO THE BREACH AND ANSWER THE CALL OF DUTY. WHO SELFLESSLY SACRIFICE THEIR OWN COMFORT, SAFETY, LOVE LIFE AND HEALTH, SO THAT THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY MAY BE ENJOYED BY ALL ON THIS EARTH.

LASTLY, FATHER GOD, PLEASE LET ALL AMERICANS KEEP WAR AND IT'S COST IN MIND WHEN WE GO TO ELECT OUR REPRESENTATIVES. PUBLIC OFFICE SHOULD NOT BE A POPULARITY CONTEST.

AMEN
