Donna: “The IRS targeting conservatives?”
Larry: “No, the other one.”
Donna: “The DOJ spying on the press?”

Donna: “Sebelius shaking down health insurance executives?”
Larry: “No, the other one.”
Donna: “The NSA monitoring our phone calls, e-mails and everything else?”

Donna: “The State Dept. interfering with an IG investigation on dept. sexual misconduct?”

Donna: “HHS employees given insider information on Medicare Advantage?”
