I whole heartedly stand behind our troops in this recent matter.
Absolutely!! They need to leave these guys alone - they lay their lives on the line; see horrific things and get paid crap and this is nothing compared to what our enemies do to US!
Never judge til you've walked in their shoes, that what I say!
I've been a Marine for 47 years and Marines respect their enemy, it's part of our training and code. I can certainly understand what they did, and still disagree with it. I can only imagine what I would feel if those bodies were my brothers.

part of it, is so that Marines won't have delayed issues later in life remembering this stuff. . .
