THE NEW POLICY

In honor of and in keeping with the spirit and attitude towards America's enemies, as put forth by the Current Executive Administration, to be a KINDER, GENTLER, MORE TOLERANT WORLD NEIGHBOR, the US Navy has instituted the:

TERRORIST CATCH & RELEASE PROGRAM.

A Recently captured Taliban leader was placed aboard a USN Aircraft Carrier. During his stay aboard the carrier, he ate meals with the crew and enjoyed air-conditioned quartering and stayed in a private stateroom. There is none of that sleep deprivation, prolonged interrogation tactics. No mental anguish or psychological disorientation. And certainly none of that water-boarding!
In fact after the friendly questioning in a comfy chair, with milk and cookies was over. The Navy gave the Jihadist a classic American Automobile and $500.00 cash and sent him on his way.
