    Yep! A few minutes of being uncomfortable for a year of knowing you are OK...so worth it. I work at a big hospital and free mammograms are part of our health package! Thanks for promoting this!!! Nice picture of the guy! One of your buddies?;>)

    Mammograms are important - as well as a physical and blood-work so that ALL areas are "ick" free! LOVE this post!
